Application forms will be available on payment of Rs. 50/- only from Institute office from Monday 8th June 09 till Monday, 29th June 09 on all working days or by sending DD worth Rs. 100/- only on or before Monday 22nd June 09 along with a self addressed envelope of 12 x 5 in.
