NEW DELHI: Acer has introduced its new smartphone series ‘Liquid’. ‘Liquid’ is claimed to be the world’s first Qualcomm Snapdragon processor-based
mobile phone.
Addressing a press conference, Acer Smart Handheld Business Group (SHBG)’s India Country Head Richard Tan said that Liquid exemplifies speed in style and will please the style-seeking smartphone consumer.
Also, said to be the world’s first Android 1.6 high definition smartphone, Liquid bolsters a set of unique features developed by Acer and its partners that include improved power management and a new user interface.
The Wide-VGA smartphone has a capacitive touchscreen. The phone's camera comes with geo-tagging, ISO, self-timer and accelerated auto-focus features.
Acer Liquid is priced at Rs 24,900.
