Nagpur shivered for the second consecutive day on Saturday. The minimum temperature recorded was 8.8
degrees Celsius.
Going by the forecasts, it is likely to hover around that mark over the next 24 hours. The reason behind the sudden drop in temperature is said to be the cold wave conditions prevailing over parts of northern India and the dry air over Vidarbha.
Sources at the Regional Meteorological Office said that there is a chance of fog in some parts of the city from 6.30 am to 8.30 am, which may result in limited visibility. A slight haze may persist until noon.
